Following your recent seminar / training session in Toronto I decided
to "buck the trend" and actually put into place some of the very
valuable points you had raised regarding new hires and their training
and induction.
My first victim (sorry, new hire) was a young guy hired to work the
accounting / finace desk for temps (sorry Peter, much as I agree with
the two person hire principal he had started just a couple of days
before the seminar)we set out the schedule as discussed, introduced him
to your CD's and plan and I set about getting him on the phone. Well
it's Friday evening, the end of the first week of us working together
and he has for next week two send outs, three submissions and a starter
for Monday. ALL with major international clients within the
entertainment and hospitality field.
I just wanted to say thank you so very much. I've had one of the best
weeks I've ever had with TOSI due to the sheer delight this guy has
experienced through using the principals you shared with us. Thanks,
keep doing it, do it again up here and I must fly, I'm off to the mall
talent shopping.
