Recruiter Training

Since 1986, The Morgan Consulting Group has guided 45,000 students and owners of the staffing industry through workshops, conferences, in-house coaching's, seminars and outdoor team building experiences at the company's new Tall Pony Ranch retreat, in Kansas City, MO.

The Morgan Consulting Group, under the leadership of Peter Leffkowitz, has grown every year of its existence with the exception of 1991.

Morgan Methodology has originated training tracks that brilliantly switch focus during candidate short up-markets and job short down-markets. This is why Morgan students have consistently outperformed the markets they compete against, regardless of employment conditions.
Peter's style of teaching cannot be duplicated. It is an installation process. He does not merely expose students to unique approaches, he actually installs them into the way a recruiter carries out their day. Each technique has a time slot. They are taught as scenes from a play. Role playing, nuerolinguistic association, objection rebuttalling, humor, repetition and self-realization through often brutally honest commentary, has left its mark in thousands of higher performance staff.

A "business parent" must accompany their staff. Owners and managers must learn and be exposed to the same material they are encouraging their staff to utilize. Sending a pup to obedience training without an owner present, produces short lived manner. The same applies to business students who get exposure to "out of the box" thinking while their boss stays in the box with fingers crossed.

During breaks, "parents" and students discuss how and what they want to implement.

Peter Leffkowitz is best known for his credibility generating "live phone calls." The audience knows anytime they want or need to see a new technique demonstrated, their trainer will call a company provided by that audience member. Morgan Method programs color in the conceptual training with shockingly live, demonstrations.

Expect homework at days end. On many occasions, Peter will hand out live telephone call assignments to the audience, to companies which are open late or work 3 shifts.

If you are fortunate enough to study with Peter in Kansas City, your group might be invited to join his family for a BBQ dinner, a bonfire and moonlit horse drawn hay ride. It's not anything you pay for.... just Peter's way of saying thanks for years of support and your training trust.
