2 DAY RECRUITER MARATHON 


PROGRAM OBJECTIVE:

Exposure to Morgan Method differences between “natural technique” (what everyone does) and “unnatural techniques” (unique, creative and unlike competitors) in the skill sets of:

  • Tele-sourcing,
  • Cold recruiting calls,
  • Interviewing skills,
  • Candidate marketing presentation skills,
  • Time management,
  • Qualifying the JO.

  • Possession of highly effective cold call recruiting and interviewing skills.

  • Understanding the importance of proactively taking a candidate to market.

This is a workshop that challenges conventional techniques with "out of the box" thinking. The major effect of this program is the re-introduction of the concept of PERSONAL COURAGE.... to watch your competitors and move in the OPPOSITE DIRECTION, technique-wise.

FOR INSTANCE:

  1. While other recruiters are using the Internet to source volumes of candidates who want to be noticed, Morgan students will have 2/3's of a department org chart completed, compliments of the receptionist.
  2. While the average recruiter is pitching jobs and reading the specs to candidates with zero interest in change, the Morgan student is in a question mode with high performance referrals, who know exactly what they want and are looking for long term relationships with a listener; not a pitchman.
  3. Most candidates start to develop their "uncontrollable attitudes" when they notice they are being interviewed with a specific job to be molded into. In contrast, the Morgan trained recruiter hasn't mentioned a job at all and is furiously recording the uninfluenced wish list coming out of their candidates heart.
  4.
