Prior to a teams arrival, a questionnaire is presented to an owner for completion. The answers give shape to the "rhythm" in which a company operates (i.e. - the tempo and quantity of activity generated) as well as the "quality" of the components they choose to work on. Ratios are extracted from the numbers and analyzed.
