In the past, this program was only taught In-House for clients that were a part of Peter’s WatchDog full year training contract. He is now offering it as a 3 day symposium at the Tall Pony Ranch. It is offered to investment grade senior recruiters and owners only, NOT rookies.

This critical workshop tightens up everything after: the Search Assignment is written and Candidate is secure. It is in this space, where most deals are lost. Clues to failure are glanced over, emotional details are missed, client pain is not filtered into the negotiating or bluffing stages of closure. Corporate character is misread. Enough play for adjustment is not figured into compensation amounts. Deadlines are not enforced. Recruiter fear creates client strength with fees getting adjusted at the tail end. THIS is a critical piece of the deal that is never trained with precision. Until now.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
*Cancellations from registration until 3 weeks prior to program date are 75% refundable with a 25% cancellation fee.
*Cancellations within 3 weeks of program date are 50% refundable with a 50% cancellation fee.
