LEVEL 1 TRAINING: eSSentials: An Introduction to eSourcing
PROGRAM OBJECTIVE
To develop a recruiter’s capability to identify employed passive candidates and their contact information through the use of fundamental internet Boolean search techniques. Upon completion of the course, even a Rookie will be able to bypass the unemployed, the desperados, and the downsized applicants that populate Monster, CareerBuilder, and other job boards. Low hanging fruit is totally unacceptable. Even Rookies will be able to identify 100 or more passive candidates per week.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
This programs content is applicable to all levels of experience. For exponential growth, it is a must for management.
KEY DELIVERABLES:
· Identify in excess of 100 new passive candidates per week
· Eliminate reliance on job boards, providing you a higher caliber of candidate at zero cost
· Identify candidates not found through other sources
· Use your information about any one candidate to lead you to dozens of similar candidates
If you think Morgan eSourcing is just about expanding your Linkedin networking, picking the best job boards or basic Boolean tools – we’ve got a lot to teach you. We will cover the basics, but we won’t spend any time on job boards or electronic networking. We’ll show you hiding places that will make your jaw drop.
WHY?
Bottom Line: If you want to find the best passive candidates for your toughest assignments, you must train yourself to think like a detective.
This class is offered in two different formats. Come to Tall Pony Ranch for two days, or complete your learning from your desk over the course of one month.
AT THE RANCH:
Students are glued to their chairs and immersed in eSourcing training for two days, in a cozy log cabin – complete with zero distractions. The student to teacher ratio is 3:1 with a maximum of eight students.
Results: Students leave with proven custom-developed search string formulas to implement immediately. They will have candidates for existing searches before they will leave the ranch.
How It Unfolds: Recruiters arrive on a Sunday afternoon. That evening, they meet their peers, Peter Leffkowitz, and two Morgan Certified trainers in an icebreaker at their hotel.
Monday and Tuesday both start at 7:30 AM. Students are picked up and transported to Morgan Consulting Groups' Tall Pony Ranch. They will settle into a log cabin in the woods (naked of watches and cell phones). They will search, eat, search, sleep, search and…search some more.
Monday evening will be split between homework and fun. They can fish on our lake, drive our cattle, hike our trails or enjoy a Margarita while porch rockin'. Most students are too excited about what they’ve learned in their first day to relax, and our trainers tend to work through the evening, at their request.
TUITION:
$1,500.00 U.S. per student includes 2 days of direct training with Peter Leffkowitz, Tricia Tamkin (PRC, CIR, ACIR, CSSR, CDR) and Jason Thibeault (PRC, CIR, ACIR, CSSR, CDR). Tuition includes ground transportation, icebreaker, lunches and ranch recreation. Airfare and Hotel costs are not included. Lodging rates are under $99 per night.
WEBINAR:
Some students can’t leave their desk, or have personal commitments that preclude their ability to travel. Graduates of competitive classes vehemently complain of draining hours in front of a screen, for days at a time. Not here. Morgan webinars are broken up over the course of one month.
For the next four weeks, students will log in and spend only two hours learning a new specialized search technique, a new passive candidate hiding spot.
Perfectly timed, a few days later, a QA Session occurs to answer questions and help reinforce the methods taught in class. It’s perfect.
TUITION:
$999.00 U.S. per student includes 4 hour web-based launch of training – offered during the week or on a Saturday. Additionally, students participate in two hour weekly webinars over the next four weeks. Students also can participate in a live weekly QA session with a trainer.
There will be a comprehensive test, requiring 25 of 30 correct answers to pass. Passing grade is required to advance to Level 2 eSourcing. An optional homework assignment will also be offered. Top grade will receive a $250 discount on Level 2 eSourcing at the ranch or any other Morgan Method Workshop.
