In our office Peter is like the sage of recruiter lore – the oracle of headhunting – no joke. As the owner, I can talk about a topic and get a level of buy-in or excitement after PETER its like a 180. I think many offices need a respected outsider to help vindicate YES you can do it and YES you need to follow the plan and YES you will make the money you want to make. Our entire team now believes billing of 250k/yr is a MINIMUM and is now striving to break well beyond that mark.
