Subject: Cindy – Nov 1-3 class please…
Hi Cindy, it’s Karl McCoy.
I’d like to get a newer recruiter of ours (Bryant Schaffer) into the Nov 1-3 class…he’ll be driving in so I’ll need hotel info, etc please.
Still room for him?
This should put a smile on Peter’s face….I’ve personally billed $102,750 so far this month and Monday should close another 30K…my son Carl Ehren McCoy has closed $33,000 so far this month…life is again GREAT in the recruiting world. Now if he can just work his magic on Bryant…we’d be grateful!
Blessings, Karl
joe@feldmansearch.com-(7/29/2009, 4:53 PM) Life after Tall PonyWell cowboy it’s pretty simple. The methodology works. Since May we have been working the process of introducing “Rock Stars” to clients that have “NO NEED” until they see the quality. It doesn’t work all the time but it is sure raising the averages. I haven’t chased a posted job since I was at the ranch and currently have 5 director level positions that I am working on. 4 of the 5 are exclusive. Not bad for an old guy.As always, thanks for sharing your vision. |
24 Hours of Client Development
I was out at Tall Pony Ranch about a month ago and waited for the “high” to settle before reviewing Peters’ Seminar. Well, the “high” is still there and it proves to me that solid marketing and sales training coupled with an expert in ‘recruiting and placement’ has prepared me to approach this business with a new found playfulness and enthusiasm that makes it fun to go to work. Now that I have added to my toolbox of skills, I feel equipped to take on new challenges in recruiting and placement with confidence and muscle. Peter is a great conveyer of information and technique. He truly owns what he teaches and he’s a lot of fun to be around. I have 22 years of experience in retained executive search and I left Tall Pony Ranch far more enlightened then when I came. Thanks, Peter! Look forward to coming back for more.
PS: You can tell a lot about a man by the way he treats his mother, friends and family and Peter’s character is impeccable.
