“The last session confirmed all the reasons that Peter stands out among the recruiting trainers in the industry. I attended a 1 ½ day Peter seminar in south Jersey over 20 years ago and so much of what I learned stuck. Also, I believe that Peter’s authentic and direct style resonated with me back then and pushed me to find my own voice in this recruiting world. My current team has shared that they hear a bit of that foundation in my style as well.
The last session was super positive on all fronts. Just a few notes:
- Your message of Be unique and be different AND credible rang loud and clear to the team. I was so glad you further discussed how to take a proper and thorough job order. This part was super informative and much needed for a few of my team members.
- Content – super rich, confirms and reinforces our methodology and gave us a new twist on a few nuggets.
- Content – really liked your approach to the job order depth, specifically around organization structure (seems most are afraid to ask) and job scope! You really got through to the team – fantastic approach!
- Delivery – again, love Peter’s style. He resonates with our team dynamic and level of authenticity.
- Underlying messaging – I really like Peter’s way of sending some underlying messaging along the way of his presentation – passion, ethic, drive, will to win, competitive – it’s all good, but it’s not enough to win in this competitive industry. There is a method that must be practiced and there is a necessity lead with credibility! Bravo!”

“Delivery: It’s so refreshing to be spoken to rather than lectured at. It’s a style thing which Peter nailed early on in his career. The camera angle, the setting, it all made the experience seem one-on-one and personal. Like speaking with Yoda if I may draw that analogy. He’s just so relatable. It looks like he was not using notes and yet he never stumbled or forgot what was next. He was clam. Peter successfully delivered new knowledge to me and updated what I’d learned from him ages ago. The opening slide show was brilliant! It got you in the mode to have fun and learn. (Probably a pretty good sales tool as well – I digress.)
Content: Refreshing. Simple. Effective. Peter has a way of approaching the ‘words’ we use that is unlike any other trainer in this business and frankly that I’ve met/used elsewhere. He seems to be continually thinking about what how the client “feels” is able to relate those feelings back to the process. This enables him to sync up quickly as a ‘partner’ with the client and he does it all by listening and relating – more importantly he shows us how to do it and explains ‘why’. This is a key differentiator with him and a reason I’ve referred so many people to his materials. And I’ll keep doing that. His material is current and his stories are relatable and tie back nicely to the lesson.
Intent/Attitude: Peter comes off as genuinely interested in our well-being and success. And it’s genuine. He’s always come off that way for me and I have a well-honed BS detector. For me at least, it’s easier to learn and accept new ideas when your guard is down because you actually “feel” like he’s on your side. Clearly understands the client/recruiter dynamic and is able to deliver solutions (like his intake method) that clearly sympathize with the client issues with using recruiters, without throwing it in their face or encouraging the recruiter to act in a superior manner. His methods help build the partnership dynamic needed between client and recruiter to be successful.
Organization: The three sessions where nicely segmented. The material was well organized and delivered methodically and without notes.”

“The live interaction was refreshing and makes the presentation stick in your mind when you are being asked to speak to partners, role play, ask questions and provide feedback via chat. We liked the handshake example and the 90 second partner chat about your life. Made us realize how much we actually talk and don’t listen.
We really enjoyed the actual scripts that were on the presentation – Peter has certain verbiage that is extremely effective and professional. It was beneficial for us to get these routinely asked questions presented to us in a fresh and different way.
We also really liked the percentage breakdown when speaking to a candidate about their job position. We thought the form is also good for beginning recruiters still learning about our industry and gives them an opportunity to open the floor to the candidate instead of fumbling awkwardly over questions they think they should ask. We also think that using this percentage breakdown will make us knowledgeable at a deeper level of our industry and what our candidates are doing which will make us more effective and credible down the road when speaking with others.
We liked the idea of asking a candidate, who you are considering as a POP marketing candidate, what companies or leaders they respect in their industry and who they would like to work for. Bob also mentioned when he was speaking with Peter over the phone, the point he made about how the MVC’s (as we call them) or POP marketing candidates can grow your business by 30% or so if you consistently spend time doing this. We needed this point made to keep us motivated to do this!
The Morginars were easy to access and log in to and the communication is fast and effective with the team regarding materials, questions, etc. You guys allowed us to let our employee who works remotely participate without any extra cost. We really appreciated that and thought it showed you weren’t just trying to make money but wanted to share the wealth of knowledge to make others better. Thank you!
We liked how Peter basically was laying out how and why it’s effective to dig deeper than you could ever think possible with your candidates. This is something we know would help us on the back end and allow us to better spend our time. Knowing all these details and foreseeing problems before they occur will solve our problem of candidates skipping out, not answering our calls, coming up with a bad background check, etc. We needed this reiterated and refreshed in our minds as a focus of our tactics and daily routines so, thank you.”

“Thank you for sharing the Innerview Form. The Morginar sessions were fantastic. I really enjoyed them all. They were very informative and detailed. We loved the format of the sessions and Peter’s delivery is excellent. Everyone here at Genesis loved his sense of humor and straight forwardness. His communication skills are very fluent and we can see how genuine he is and how that is such a key factor in building the relationship with our clients and candidates. We are looking forward to continuing training with the Morgan Methodology.”

“It was much more real time, immediate results methods. Many webinars talk about things that should be done in a perfect world but the innerview methods was something that could be applied immediately and the results would be realized immediately. This was true training as opposed to some webinars which become “let me tell you why I am successful” sessions with only broad concepts being discussed.”
Ed H. – Mogul Staffing
“Very valuable info to help learn about the candidates we are trying to find out about. The insight was terrific and will help me in my everyday search of TOP talent in the industry.”
Kaitlin W. – SWGi
“#1 takeaway: That I need to go back to basics in understanding what the candidate career progression goals are. Where do they want to be? Why I can help them get there. Therefore, establishing trust and genuinity.”
Damon Monteferrante – Fortis Consulting Group, LLC
“Very valuable and process changing way of interviewing candidates. Will use ASAP…This was information that is necessary and sets a recruiter apart from the rest.”
Eric Jacobs – Mogul Staffing
“(The) innerview profile is formalizing what I had been doing somewhat inconsistently. Going through the profile really brings out how to “sell” the candidate to a client, and helps me understand how a candidate will present himself during an interview process”
