Implementing the Morgan MethodI was trained by Peter about four years ago in the three day recruiter training, and it definitely set me apart from all my market competitors. I moved into a management role this year and we had Peter present his two day inhouse training to our staff of about eight in October. In November I attended owner/manager training.Peter’s unique methodology definitely works. However, rolling it out to staff and managing the process was a daunting task. After the manager/owner training I feel confident in my abilities to grow, lead, and monitor this process.I understand how to find the best recruiter talent, compensate to get best results, build a team, and manage meaningful and concise reports. Peter gives basic step by step training, blank reporting forms, practical advice from implementing this himself numerous times, and arguments for his process.Best of all, Peter had done the inhouse training for our staff the month before so he had a good understanding of the personalities and skills involved. Highly customized and highly effective.Currently I am implementing all the Morgan methodology and so far I have not come up against anything that I cannot handle. I am a huge believer in the Morgan Method and hope you will utilize it too, unless you work in Oklahoma!
