Staffing vs Direct Hire vs Retainer

The principles of Morgan Methodology extend to all three sectors of the talent acquisition world.

Peter has owned and managed and trained all three silos of our industry and has built champions in each.

The concept of going  deeper into candidate performance evaluation and client objectives of the role to be filled, remain the same. Speed cycles are different. Profitability is different. Appeal to buyers are different. Morgan lesson plans are different. Verbiage sophistication differs at varying educational levels.

The systems and values, however, remain the same. Criteria for hiring recruiters is similar with the exception of bodily rhythm and tempo in the temp/contract world. The incenting of staff based on activity consistency, identical. The quality control review, before assignments are approved is the same. Most important, the proof of real career or corporate pain that leads to following the guidance of staff, is totally congruent in all sectors of our training.

Remember:  Morgan Methodology is a series of human values backed up by technique.
