- Desiree, from Philly, had an awful lot of 1st time fears that needed to be overcome. Being close to horses (not to mention getting on one)was one. Peter used the horse metaphorically to have her overcome the fear of sourcing as well… this is where the pleasure of teaching comes together.

- On the second night of 3 day recruiter training, Peter gives students the option to hit the town and experience the little ”cowtown” that fools everyone … Kansas City. Here they did steak right, and then hit the casinos.
