It has been ninety days since I graduated from your class and I want to follow up with you on results.
I also want to say a big thank-you to you because even though I can’t pinpoint exactly how many areas you helped in, the numbers show that I definitely came away with new confidence, new skills and have been empowered every since leaving the ranch.
I listen to your tapes, use your plan…ner and position myself with candidates that I am working with top manufacturers in Kansas City. This has helped tremendously with an attitude change when recruiting. I am now very proud of what I have to offer and I believe that has helped tremendously with all of my interactions on the phone.
Here are the results for the past ninety days:
The time period is from Nov.7th to Feb 7th.
During this period I have submitted 75 candidates, arranged 27 send outs, 10 placements,2 fills and 4 temp/contract to hire placements. It should be noted that December I had a bad month and blanked.
Last year my total production was 18 placements for the WHOLE year!
This is also the first time I have had any success with temp to hire.Until recently I have had zero production with temporary Candidates.
